Aside from the fact that you can never speak with a human over the phone, and chatting is your only option, it allows them to steal money from anyone stupid enough to download their application and let these clowns manage your cryptocurrency. First of all, you should put all of your cryptocurrency on a personal drive that you can control, and this will eliminate companies like this that take advantage of people who simply don't know. I tried to close out my account and withdraw the remaining crypto I had in my account, but Crypto.com will not allow me to do this because I don't have $100 worth of crypto left in my account. I was just made aware of this policy and never knew that they could put a miniminum amount on someone else's money. If I had known this, I would have taken it all out in a previous transaction when I transferred a lot of crypto to a personal wallet that I kept in private. So, I went back in thinking there would be no problem converting it to USD and closing my account, but I was surprised again by a policy that was sprung on me at the last moment. People, this is a warning to all who want to experiement with crypto currency. You can get scammed out of your money if you don't have someone knowledgable or a major company managing your account. The reality is, you will never get to speak to anyone on the phone, and your issues and struggles will be handled by a bot, AI or a rebot like human sending canned responses via email.
