Een nepactie op Facebook voor NS bleek in werkelijkheid een dekmantel voor twee 'bedrijven' die zogenaamd in Cyprus zaten om klanten te lokken, en ze hebben mijn betaling tijdens het afrekenen 'gehijackt'. Toen ik de bedragen op mijn rekening zag, van twee aparte bedrijven, nam ik direct contact op met ICS cards, blokkeerde mijn kaart en vroeg om de transactie te annuleren. Op 24 feb 2024 heb ik hen een uitgebreid verslag gestuurd met ondersteunend origineel materiaal. Ik hoorde vóór 20 maart 2024 niets terug en nu, 22 maart 2024, hebben ze de bedragen alsnog van mijn geblokkeerde kaart afgeschreven, waarmee de fraudeurs in feite worden beloond en betaald. Echt een waardeloze service. Ze missen blijkbaar de middelen, kennis en bereidheid om dit soort zaken serieus te nemen en hebben mijn vertrouwen volledig verloren.
